1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting a form, contacting Global Trade Automotive, requesting vehicle sourcing, requesting a quote, submitting vehicle information, applying for financing, selling a vehicle, or moving forward with any transaction, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit your information.
2. About Global Trade Automotive
Global Trade Automotive is a licensed automotive dealer and automotive concierge-style service.
We may sell certain vehicles directly through our dealership. We may also help clients source, negotiate, or facilitate transactions through authorized franchise dealers, third-party dealers, wholesalers, private sellers, lenders, transport companies, inspection companies, DMV/registration providers, and other third parties.
We are not a traditional walk-in showroom. Services are generally handled by appointment, online, over the phone, and through our network.
3. Website Information Is Not a Final Offer
Information on this website is for general informational purposes only.
Nothing on this website is a final offer, guarantee, approval, contract, or promise to sell, lease, buy, finance, or deliver a vehicle.
Final terms are only valid when confirmed in writing and signed by the proper parties.
4. Vehicle Availability
Vehicle availability is not guaranteed.
Vehicles may be sold, reserved, in transit, unavailable, subject to dealer restrictions, subject to market changes, or unavailable by the time a client is ready to move forward.
A vehicle is not secured until confirmed in writing by Global Trade Automotive, the selling dealer, seller, or proper party.
5. Pricing, Payments, and Estimates
All pricing, payments, discounts, rebates, incentives, money factors, residuals, interest rates, taxes, registration, DMV fees, documentation fees, transport fees, and other charges are subject to change until finalized in writing.
Estimated payments are not final and may change based on credit approval, lender programs, vehicle availability, taxes, fees, rebates, down payment, mileage allowance, term, and final paperwork.
6. No Guarantee of Lowest Price
Global Trade Automotive works to secure strong opportunities through its network, but we do not guarantee the lowest price in the market.
Our service is based on sourcing, negotiation, convenience, access, coordination, and saving clients time.
7. Service Fees
Depending on the transaction, Global Trade Automotive may charge a service fee, broker-style fee, sourcing fee, consulting fee, or coordination fee.
Any applicable fee will be disclosed before moving forward.
Service fees compensate Global Trade Automotive for time, sourcing, negotiation, market research, dealer communication, coordination, and access to our network.
8. Refund Policy
Once work has started, service fees may be non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to sourcing, negotiations, market research, dealer communication, vehicle holds, paperwork coordination, inspection coordination, transport coordination, or other services performed on behalf of the client.
Deposits, transport fees, inspection fees, third-party fees, and dealer fees may also be non-refundable depending on the situation.
9. Deposits
Some vehicles may require a deposit to hold, secure, inspect, transport, or begin paperwork.
Deposit terms vary by vehicle, dealer, seller, or third party. Deposits may be non-refundable.
A deposit does not guarantee final approval, final pricing, delivery, or completion of a transaction unless confirmed in writing.
10. Credit Applications and Financing
If you submit a credit application or finance-related information, you authorize Global Trade Automotive and/or the appropriate selling dealer, lender, bank, credit union, finance company, or finance department to process your information for the requested transaction, subject to any separate authorization you provide.
Global Trade Automotive does not guarantee credit approval, lease approval, finance approval, rates, money factors, residuals, terms, payments, or lender decisions.
All approvals are subject to the lender, selling dealer, verification, credit profile, income, identity, and final signed paperwork.
11. Client Responsibility to Review Final Documents
Clients are responsible for reviewing all final documents before signing.
This includes price, payment, taxes, fees, rebates, mileage allowance, term, payoff, trade value, warranty, vehicle equipment, delivery details, and all other terms.
The signed final paperwork controls over prior conversations, estimates, screenshots, text messages, emails, website information, or verbal statements.
12. New Vehicle Transactions
For many brand-new vehicle transactions, the final sale or lease may be completed through an authorized franchise dealer.
Global Trade Automotive may assist with sourcing, negotiation, coordination, communication, paperwork support, and delivery coordination.
The selling dealer, lender, and manufacturer may control final pricing, approvals, incentives, paperwork, delivery, warranties, and vehicle availability.
13. Pre-Owned, Exotic, and Specialty Vehicles
Global Trade Automotive may sell select pre-owned, exotic, luxury, and specialty vehicles directly.
Used, exotic, wholesale, or specialty vehicles may be sold as-is unless a written warranty, remaining factory warranty, or service contract applies.
Clients are encouraged to review all available records, photos, history reports, inspection results, warranty documents, and final paperwork before purchase.
14. Vehicle Condition
Global Trade Automotive makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate vehicle information, but vehicle condition is not guaranteed unless stated in writing.
Photos, videos, descriptions, option lists, window stickers, third-party reports, history reports, inspection reports, and seller information may contain errors or may not show every detail.
Clients are responsible for verifying vehicle condition, options, mileage, warranty, title status, and history before signing.
15. Vehicle History Reports
Vehicle history reports such as Carfax, AutoCheck, service records, auction reports, dealer records, or other sources are provided for convenience when available.
These reports may not include all accidents, repairs, paintwork, frame issues, title events, odometer issues, recalls, prior use, or damage history.
Global Trade Automotive does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party history reports.
16. Options, Equipment, and Listing Errors
Vehicle listings, descriptions, window stickers, option breakdowns, photos, and third-party data may contain mistakes.
Clients are responsible for confirming vehicle equipment, color, trim, packages, warranty, mileage, and all other details before signing final paperwork.
17. Inspections
For used, exotic, luxury, modified, high-mileage, out-of-state, or specialty vehicles, clients may request a pre-purchase inspection.
Inspection costs are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Global Trade Automotive is not responsible for inspection company errors, missed items, or third-party inspection opinions.
18. Trade-Ins and Vehicle Purchase Offers
Any trade-in value, purchase offer, or sell-your-car offer is subject to final inspection and verification.
Offers may change or be canceled due to mileage, condition, accident history, title status, payoff amount, lienholder issues, mechanical issues, warning lights, modifications, missing parts, incorrect information, market changes, or undisclosed facts.
19. Seller Representations
If you submit a vehicle for sale, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.
This includes ownership, title status, mileage, payoff, lienholder, accident history, mechanical condition, cosmetic condition, modifications, keys, registration, and vehicle history.
If information is inaccurate or incomplete, Global Trade Automotive may revise or cancel any offer.
20. Loan Payoffs and Liens
If a vehicle has a loan or lien, payoff must be verified with the lienholder.
Payment timing and title release depend on the lienholder, bank processing, payoff amount, title status, and required documents.
Any negative equity, payoff shortage, late fees, penalties, or payoff difference is the seller’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
21. Payment and Release of Vehicles
Accepted payment methods may include wire transfer, cashier’s check, certified funds, lender funding, or other approved methods.
Vehicles, titles, documents, or ownership transfers may not be released until funds are verified and cleared when required.
Global Trade Automotive may refuse suspicious, incomplete, unverifiable, or high-risk payments.
22. Delivery and Transport
Global Trade Automotive may assist with delivery or transport when available.
Transport may be performed by third-party carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Global Trade Automotive is not responsible for third-party carrier delays, damage, storage fees, missed pickups, acts of God, weather, traffic, or carrier-related claims.
23. Out-of-State Transactions
Out-of-state transactions may involve additional taxes, registration, title, shipping, emissions, lender, DMV, and state-specific requirements.
Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with their state’s registration, tax, insurance, and emissions requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
24. Taxes, DMV, Registration, and Government Fees
Taxes, registration, title, license, DMV fees, documentation fees, and government charges are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise in writing.
Amounts may vary by state, county, dealer, lender, transaction type, and vehicle.
25. Insurance
Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining required insurance before delivery, pickup, transport, or vehicle release.
Global Trade Automotive is not responsible for denied coverage, insurance delays, policy issues, or claims.
26. Third-Party Services
Global Trade Automotive may work with or refer clients to third-party dealers, lenders, banks, credit unions, transport companies, inspection companies, DMV/registration providers, warranty companies, service providers, and other vendors.
Global Trade Automotive is not responsible for third-party decisions, errors, delays, pricing, approvals, claims, services, or representations.
27. No Legal, Tax, Insurance, or Financial Advice
Global Trade Automotive does not provide legal, tax, insurance, investment, or financial advice.
Clients should consult their own attorney, CPA, insurance agent, or financial advisor for questions related to taxes, deductions, title, business purchases, insurance, or legal matters.
28. Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information, you agree that Global Trade Automotive may contact you by phone, text, email, or other communication methods regarding your inquiry, vehicle request, vehicle sale, appointment, transaction, or related services.
Marketing texts should only be sent with proper consent and should include opt-out language such as “Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” FCC guidance treats certain automated text messages as subject to TCPA rules, and recent FCC rules focus on clear one-seller consent for marketing messages.
29. Website Forms
Submitting a website form does not create a contract, guarantee a vehicle, guarantee a price, guarantee financing, or guarantee an offer.
Global Trade Automotive may contact you to request additional information before moving forward.
30. User-Submitted Photos and Information
If you upload photos, documents, VINs, payoff information, vehicle details, credit information, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to submit that information.
You authorize Global Trade Automotive to use the information to review your request, evaluate your vehicle, communicate with dealers/lenders/vendors, and provide services related to your inquiry.
31. Personal Belongings
Clients and sellers are responsible for removing all personal items from vehicles before pickup, delivery, sale, or transport.
Global Trade Automotive is not responsible for personal belongings left inside any vehicle.
32. Refusal of Service
Global Trade Automotive may refuse, pause, or cancel service at any time for incomplete information, suspicious activity, abusive communication, unverifiable identity, payment concerns, compliance concerns, vehicle concerns, or any other reason allowed by law.
33. Website Accuracy
We try to keep website information accurate and updated, but errors may occur.
Global Trade Automotive does not guarantee that website content, vehicle information, pricing, availability, or descriptions are always accurate, complete, or current.
34. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, photos, graphics, copy, design, and materials are owned by or licensed to Global Trade Automotive unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
35. Limitation of Liability

You agree to hold Global Trade Automotive harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from inaccurate information you provide, your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, your failure to review final paperwork, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
